Morning session with Peanut. 

AM - MAP Low %'s - high volume
10 minutes @ 75%:

10 KBS - 16kg
5 rds + 115m
--5 min recovery
10 minutes @ 75%:
Row 300m
15 Unanchored Sit-ups
5 rds + 120m
--5 min recovery
10 minutes @ 75%:
Row 300m
20 Air Squats
5 rds + 60 m

PM - Z1 Running
10-15 minutes ankle, hip, and glute stretching
+
20 minute Run @ 75% HR
+
15 min Ice Bath
Will complete this evening

Body is sore from the previous two days of training... back, butt, shoulders.... but energy levels seems fine. I will be getting my HRV in the mail soon, it may already be there I just haven't been home in a few days to check. Looking forward to using that and a rest day tomorrow. Enjoying the new template.
