A. Walk-in Box Jump, build to a max effort (without missing any reps)
B. Squat Clean and Split Jerk Cluster, build to 180-185lb for a single, no missing
C. Above Knee Snatch Snatch off blocks, 1 rep per min for 10 minutes - 5 sets @ 135lb, 5 sets @ 145lb
D. Front Squat @ 20X1, 4-3-2, 4-5 min - 85-90% effort per set, not max
E. 15,12,9,6,3 for time:

unbroken C2B Chin-ups
A. 45.5 inches... added another 1.5 inches but chickened out right as i left the floor
B. built to 185#, didn't feel "solid" but still got it, clean felt easy but jerk lock out wasn't solid
C. completed 1 fail @145# on the 3rd rep, lost my balance falling back and had to throw the weight forward and it bumped off the stacked weights, could have ended worse than it did
D. 175#(4), 185#(3), 195#(2)
E. 4:49, ring dips were tougher than the c2b pull ups
