155# Snatch Double

Thursday - Clean Intense + Jerk Moderate + Snatch intense + BSq intense + Upper CP
A. Snatch, build to a 2RM - 5 sec b.t reps
B. Squat Clean and Split Jerk, 1 rep x 15 sets, 2 min - 3 sets @ 140lb, 3 sets @ 150lb, 3 sets @ 160lb, 3 sets @ 170lb, 3 sets @ 180lb
C. Back Squat with Chains @ 20X1, 1 rep x 7 sets, 1 min - build per set
D. AMRAP in 10 minutes:
3 Push Press @ 135lb - bar taken from rack
3 Rope Climbs
A. 155#..... took a few attempts to get this, I kept making the 1st and failing the 2nd but i didn't want to give up, finally got it.
B. Completed, tiring but felt pretty solid
C. 180#, 185#, 190#, 195#, 200#, 205#, 210#F all plus 60lb chains
D. 6 rds
