AM - CP tester
Complete 15 Muscle-ups for time, immediately into:

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
1st Min - 8 unbroken KBS - 32kg
2nd Min - 8 unbroken kipping Ring Dips
*If unbroken becomes impossible, then it is over
2:22 compared to 2:46 back in January
Did Doubles thru rep 10 then singles and felt good throughout, no failed attempts. My next goal is 15 mu sub 2min

Completed as written and was able to do so with moderate effort, the unbroken sets were never too tough, could have done at least another 12 mins. Focused on a vertical KB and efficiency on the rings.
