As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
2 Rope Climbs
5 HSPU to 6" depth on paralette's
8 + 2 rc + 3 HSPU
first couple rounds of hspu's unbroken then those got tough
PM - MAP Running on flat
5 x Run 5 minutes @ 85% Max HR, 5 min walk b/t
completed, felt good throughout
