A. Snatch Balance, build to a tough single - 1 sec pause @ full depth
B1. Snatch Pull @ 13X1, 3 reps @ 110% RM x 4 sets, 10 sec
B2. Seated Box Jump Cluster, 1.1.1 x 4 sets, 1:30 min - seated in squat depth
B3. Flat Bench DB Press @ 20X1, 4-6 reps x 4 sets, 1:30 min
C1. Back Squat @ 20X1, 3-3-3, 1:30 min - 80-85% effort, not max
C2. Weighted Ring Rows @ 20X0, 4-6 reps x 3 sets, 1:30 min

everything felt good today aside from the snatch balance. I felt shaky and overall just not great at the 163 but still knew I could go a lot heavier. I jumped from 163 to 173 and just failed due to poor bar positioning, capable of much more than 163# with a little more practice --> confidence.
