A1. Medium Grip Bench Press with Chains @ 22X1, 1 rep x 5 sets, 2 min - full pause on chest
A2. Wtd Supinated Chin-up @ 30X0, 1 rep x 5 sets, 2 min
B. Standing Single Arm DB OH Press @ 32X1, 3-4/arm x 3 sets, 1 min b/t arms
C. Bent Over Barbell Rows @ 20X0, 4-6 reps x 3 sets, 2:30 min
D1. Seated DB OH Press @ 20X0, 6-9 reps x 3 sets, 1 min
D2. Weighted Ring Rows @ 50X0, 6-8 tough reps x 3 sets, 1 min
A1. 83#, 88#, 93#, 98#, 103#(need a little help)
A2. 35#, 40#, 45#, 50# PR, 55# fail...good speed but just a few inches from the bar 
B. 40# (4), 45# (4), 45#(2)... for my last set i grabbed a 50# and there was no hope to move it, immediately switched to 45# and did 2 reps for that set
C 103#(6), 113#(6), 118#(5)

Swim 1000m for time
Couldn't get access to a lap pool today, i ran out of passes and my school gym membership expired right after grad. Went to a friend's pool but I did not know the length so a 1k couldn't happen today, practiced under water swims and treading water with my hands out of the water in addition to a few laps/rest kind of format. I think it's time I join a club with a pool so I don't have to sneak around the rules :o
