June 25th


AM
A. Front Squat with Chains @ 22X1, 1-1-1-1-1, 5 min - pause @ full depth
B. Prowler Sprint 10 sec ALL OUT @ 50lb load x 6 sets, 1 min
C1. Front Rack Barbell Split Squat @ 30X0, 4-6/leg x 3 sets, 1 min b/t legs 
C2. GH Raise Drop Set @ 20X0, 6.6 x 3 sets, 1 min 
D. Reverse Sled Pulling @ moderate load, 60 sec walking x 3 sets, 120 sec b/t sets - another 20lb more than last week, do every walk with a wider stance (i.e. more distance between your feet)
A. 150#, 155#, 160#, 165#, 170#(fail) *All plus 60lb of chains
B. Completed. Felt tough but fast & was able to maintain about the same distance each set.
C1. 90#(6), 100#(6), 110#(5) These feel really good as long as I get my foot positioning right
C2. 15.0, 15.5, 20.8 kept body planked
D. Completed at 150lb load. Felt good, quads burnt towards the end, enjoyed only doing 3 sets here instead of the usual 5.
