Last Day of Prep

Today is the last day of prep before regionals. I am excited to compete with my team. Here's a quick break down of the events I will do
Event 1: Have practiced partner deadlifts and they feel fine. The second set of 20 is going to be tough to get unbroken but I think my partner, Giselle, and I can pull through them since it is only  2 rounds. My HSPU have been feeling great, I will plan to do these strict and will probably do the bulk of the HSPU which will be fine. I am excited for this work out, but recovery b/t event 1 and event 2 will be key.
Event 2: Feeling ready, go about 90% on the rower, hit the pistols unbroken with ease and try to get the hpc unbroken and if not, then in 2 sets.
Event 3: Feeling good with the DB snatch, the reps will be quick, my runs will need to be somewhat paced to save my legs. Obviously I won't be jogging the runs but I won't be in a full out sprint, until the last one which at that point might look like a sad attempt at a sprint.
Event 4: NOT doing. I will sit on my ass and watch my team go through hundreds of reps. They have practiced it and it went well, so... go team!
Event 5: snatches. Excited for this, haven't maxed out in a while so we'll see where I end up in the ladder.
Event 6: Top 12 will make the cut, our goal is to be in the top 12 so we can hit this work out. Hoping that we do that, this work out will be tough for us. Not only would I be doing the 20 MU's but my partner would have to be holding the DL bar for a good chunk of time. I have to think if stringing the MUs will be better or doing singles, realizing that my partner has to hold the DL bar while I do MUs in order for the rep(s) to count.

Last year we were 7th place, we'll see what happens this year!
