10 Squat Snatch - 65lb
10 Chin-ups
6 + 8 snatches
Felt pretty slow. Light weight squat snatches are annoying because they take so long to complete a single rep but you have to keep moving.

10 x 50 sec Airdyne @ 50%/70 sec Airdyne @ 80%
