Happy with this. I was excited to see this work out posted on Wednesday. Although I don't mind wall balls, I wasn't sure how I would feel through 150 reps. To my surprise, I felt a lot better than I thought. Here is a quick break down of how the work out went
WB: opened with a set of 45 reps, then settled into smaller sets (no set less than 10 reps). Finished in 6:35
DU: Shoulders fatigued a bit more than I thought they would here, finished at 8:13
MU's: All singles, with 1 fail. I threw myself up too fast and my right side just went straight over the rings. Probably around rep 7. I finished 12 reps at 11:52 but could not gather the strength for a 13th rep in time.
