All MU's unbroken, lunges unbroken and fast but that was what hurt the most, runs were quick to start but slowed down a bit by the end.

10 min @ high aerobic effort:
10 hand release pushups
35 double Unders

Read this on my phone right when I was going to warm up... Saw a typo? but it was too late to do much about it. Tried to pick the row that seemed most fitting to this style (150m) but may have picked the wrong one...

10 min handstand walk tech Completed. 4 sets of 25 feet unbroken. Practiced free standing and "steering" myself as well. Feeling better here.
