TRAINING:
A. Squat Clean Cluster, 1.1.1 x 3 sets, 5 min
B. Push Press @ 21X1, 5-4-3, 5 min
C1. Front Squat @ 20X1, 5-5-5-5, 3 min
C2. HSPU to depth, 4-6 reps x 4 sets, 3 min
RESULTS:
A. 160#, 170#, 173# (2) bounced out of the squat on the 3rd but couldn't stand up :(
B. 118#(5), 123#(4), 130# (3)
C1. 155#, 158#, 163#, 168#
C2. 4" (6), 6" (4) for the last 3 sets
