Butterfly pullups went better today. I just practiced last night and finally got it down. It may have costed me a few seconds because I got out of rhythm each round, but there needed to come a time where I give it a go in my work outs. I'll keep improving from here.
Push Up burpees slowed me down, my arms were dead and breathing was tough.
Pull ups and KBS stayed consistant and KB were all unbroken and vertical.
