RESULTS:
AM
A. 160# for all sets
B1. 115#, 125#, 125# (make, fail, fail) was not happy at all so I did a 4th set @ 125# and made 3 successful lifts.
B2. No way to really measure, but I reached to about 9.5 feet each time. Jumps were consistent in height for all reps and all sets.
C. Completed with ease. 32kg felt really light today, no huge hip-pop needed, the kb flew up easily.

Held a 150 heart rate. Felt like I was moving super slow, but just stayed in the prescribed heart rate zone. One of the few times I have finished a running work out and felt great!
*Overall my new programming has gone well. My rest days are Tuesdays and Fridays, with singles/ doubles on the other days for now. I am beginning to get stronger and I feel ready to go each work out. My diet has been on point since I have been recording it which is very cool, and energy levels have been good.
*I have been recording a lot of my training and I plan to compile some of the clips together in a weekly video, which will be ready on Thursdays. Thursdays mark the end of my training week, with Friday as a rest and Saturday as the beginning of a new week.
