10 back squat @ 20X0
25 unbroken chin ups

B. 3 sets:
20 unbroken wall balls
50 double unders
rest 2 min

C. 3 sets:
15 back ext's
15 ghd sit ups
rest 1 min
RESULTS:
A. Back squats all@ 135#, all pull ups unbroken
Tempo squats killed me, pull ups weren't too bad, but usually its the opposite and pullups are the challenge.
B. All wallball unbroken 20#/10 ft
1:50, 1:39, 1:48
Couldn't get a du rhythm, legs were shot after wb
C. Back ext/ghd completed unbroken
