Throwdown Series

I did the throwdown series today, which was another day of not so great work outs. I had no enthusiasm going into today, and last night I hadn't planned on doing this work out. I was supposed to go snowboarding but my ride post poned the time and when 7am came around, I didn't want to make the trip to end up snowboarding for only 2 hours (3.5 hour car ride each way). My body felt fatigued going into the work out, during the work out, and after it.

Event 1: I paced this out because I knew what I was in store for in event two. I hit muscular fatigue equally in my shoulders and quads.

Event 2: Worst I have done on this event (I have done it before). Quads were so tired. I did all the pull ups unbroken with ease (minus the last set because of time), so this seemed to be a 10 min amrap of snatches. This was tough and frustrating.

I filmed the 1st events; but my phone ran out of memory during my second event. I didn't plan this out well, I should have had my regular camera ready to go, but it's been dead for a while and I don't know where the wall charger is (it takes forever to charge thru my computer, which is how I have to do it). A bit frustrated on how today went, but I really felt exhausted and just gave it what I had today.
