A. Snatch. Heaving Snatch Balance, 1.1 per min x 5 mins - start @ 40kg, add 5kg per min
B. Snatch, 1 rep per min x 10 mins - 5 min @ 70kg, 5 min @ 72kg
C. Snatch, 3 reps @ 60kg per min x 3 mins - reset b/t reps
D. Halting Snatch DL off platform, 1 rep @ 90kg x 6 sets, 1 min - stand on 2-3” platform, straps
E. BTN Split Jerk, 1 rep per min x 10 min - 5 min @ 70kg, 5 min @ 80kg - hold bar overhead for 2-3 sec each rep before retreating feet together
