June 17th

Tall Snatch, 2 reps per min x 6 mins - start lite, end @ moderately challenging load, aggressive on turn over/lockout

Dip Snatch. Snatch Balance, 1.1 x 6 sets, rest as needed - 3 sets @ 35kg, 3 sets, @ 40kg

Halting Snatch DL. Snatch. Snatch Balance, 1.1.1 x 6 sets, rest as needed - 2 sets @ 50kg, 2 sets @ 55kg, 2 sets @ 60kg - reset b/t reps

Halting Snatch DL, 2 reps x 3 sets, rest as needed - set 1 @ 70kg, set 2 @ 75kg, set 3 @ 80kg

BTN Split Jerk. Split Jerk, 1.1 x 12 sets, rest as needed - take bar from rack - 4 sets @ 60kg, 4 sets @ 65kg, 4 sets @ 70kg - hold receiving position on jerk for 2 sec before bringing feet back together
completed everything as written, still need to get my arms to turn over more aggressive on snatch and get my arms stronger on the lock out for jerks, they seem soft. leg drive was fatiguing toward the end today.
