first 4 sets were unbroken but my grip was super tired either from earlier today or the row or the combo, it was so hard to hold on during the pull ups. the final set i had to break pull ups 8/3/4 i had no grip left
8--- i feel exhausted now, glad tomorrow is a rest day. my body needs it!
