AM-14.3 redo=== 149 reps, Major glute cramps like 2 min after, but felt fine after i recovered from it.

Skipped the PM session, I put on my tape/socks for rope climbs and was ready to go, but i really just couldn't get into it. I hadn't eaten much earlier that day and mentally i was drained.
