A. Back Squat @ 20X1, 3 reps @ 85% RM x 3 sets, 3 min
B. Squat Clean. Front Squat, 1.1 - work to a challenging set
C. Squat Snatch. Snatch Balance. OHS, 1.1.1 per min x 7 mins - 4 min @ 125lb, 3 min @ 135lb
D. Finish up to the 185lb deadlifts, get the 185lb bar set-up, then stop. I think going fast on the first few rounds of box jumps is smart, then once the bar gets heavier, it is of no benefit for you. Try step-ups too.
