I am really happy with how this work out went. I paced it out and it went exactly as planned. I felt calm and good the entire time. even people around me said i didn't even look tired, and i was so relaxed. Someone said, "Chelsea i know your pain/defeated face. i have watched you work out for years. and this was a different energy you had. it was good."
This is a good start for the 2014 open. i am ranked in 15th in Norcal after week 1.
