1st - 5 wall walks
2nd - 2 rope climbs to 15ft
3rd - 5-8 strict ring dips 8, 8, 7, 6, 6
4th - 4-6 bar muscle-ups 6, 5, 4, 4, 4
hands felt like they were going to rip on the bar MUs so i didn't push it as hard as i could have
this was much harder than i thought it was going to be
