I headed out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday with my family. I was lucky enough to be able to drop in for a few work outs at Murphys CrossFit. It is a cool facility, I enough it. Well kept, fun environment, and very clean! I did not have anything programmed over the holiday, so I was looking forward to joining the group class and mixing it up a bit.

each round was like AMRAP -3.. i knew this would make me super sore, so i did a few less than i would have during testing, but a day later now and I'm sore so i guess that didn't work.
