6 Box Jumps - 30" - jump down, no rebound

C. 6:15--- tough (only did set of 6 once, hope that was right 1,2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2,1)
D. Min 1-7 completed, failed 3rd dip on MU on 8th min, took 9th min off, then completed 2 more mins but barely able to make it on the MUs,
