Notes:
- Push jerks were UB easily.
- Pull ups were UB easily first 4 sets, started to fatigue on them by set 5 but still could hang on and go.
- Push Ups were tough! Broke them even on set 1 (5/5) then (5/3/2) for sets 2 and 3, then 4/3/3 on sets 4 and 5
- Toes to bar were also tough. Unbroken sets 1 and 2. Set 3 I didn't come off the bar but I lost rhythm and abs fatigued to hit the bar, so I had to pause (while still hanging on the bar) and finish the last 3 slower. Sets 4 and 5 I broke 5/5. Felt pathetic.

Completed, bear crawling with a vest is brutal. I didn't count my reps or distances, I just went hard. Quads were definitely taking the hit here.
