Thursday - Back Squat intense + Deadlift intense + Upper CP
A. Back Squat @ 20X1, build to a tough triple
B. Deadlft, build to a tough single
C. 2 unbroken Muscle-ups per minute for up to 20 minutes
A. 220#, more in tank
B. 305# felt pretty good but I don't think I could have set a PR if needed
C. Completed all 20 min with ease
