195# Power Clean


A. Power Clean, build to a 1RM
B. Split Jerk, 1 rep x 12 sets, 1:30 min - 3 sets @ 145lb, 3 sets @ 155lb, 3 sets @ 165lb, 3 sets @ 175lb
C. Squat Snatch, quickly build to a single
D. Back Squat with Chains @ 20X1, 1-1-1, 5 min - full effort 
E. 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1:
unbroken HSPU's
Pronated Strict Chin-ups
A. 195# PR, couldn't put the brakes on for 200#... close though
B. Completed as written and felt good and strong
C. Built quickly to 160# in 5 min and felt solid (sets were 123#, 143#, 155#, 160#)
D. 210#, 215# (f), 210#... since i failed the second set I did an additional set at 210#, all plus 60lb of chains
E. 6:42, all hspu unbroken and strict (chin ups being the tougher part)

once i figure out my second pull in the snatch, a future in olympic lifting could be bright
