notes: didn't feel great at all. this was really tough and i haven't felt a lactic build up like this in a while so it made me a little sick. my glutes were on fire during and right after! took 6 min recovery for all sets except i took 8 mins b/t sets 4 and 5 because i was really tired, fell off a bit but my time doesnt quite display how bad that last one felt.

Completed. Got weird blisters on my hands and finger tips from bear crawling so the 5th set was really uncomfortable and painful. Otherwise I felt good throughout.
