Back after a few days of rest. It was nice to have some time off to let my body and mind relax, but I was pretty bored. I really didn't know what to do with my time, I felt like I had way too much free time. Back to training today and I felt great. I felt strong and energy was high
A. Snatch, build to 90% 1RM for a single
B. Clean and Jerk, build to 90% 1RM for a single
C. Muscle-ups, 2 unbroken reps x 10 sets, 1 min
D. Thrusters @ 95lb, 10 unbroken x 5 sets, 2 min
E. 50 hand Release Push-ups for time
A. 145# felt good
B. 170# felt good
C. Completed, felt great!
D. Completed, tougher on sets 4 and 5
E. 2:55, upper body felt fatigued at this point
