Good session today, but definitely exhausting.
A few Notes:
A. Split jerk was a solid lock out, but it was finally so much weight that my footwork of bringing my feet back together came into play and I almost lost it. Happy that there was no press out, but definitely need to be more solid and not rush getting my feet back together. Getting closer and closer to 200#, 5 pounds away!!
B. felt great. Completed more reps than I thought I would. My sets were limited by my grip/feeling like I just ran out of power. Pretty exhausting, I sat on the ground for my 5 minute rests pretty winded too.
C1. Felt good
C2. So tired by this point, but consistently getting at least 3 unbroken was okay. Wanted more like 5 but oh well.
D. I know tabata "score" is your lowest rep set. Had I paced the first set I probably could have done more like a score of 7 but I wanted to max out every 20 seconds. That got really tough really quick.
