Everything unbroken. Pull ups were butterfly and felt almost effortless, it was cool. WB felt good, it's good to throw it back at 10ft, the difference between 10ft and 9ft is ridiculous. I always train wallballs to 10 ft unless told otherwise, so when situations like 12.4 come up it seems "easier." Same idea with HSPU, always strict so I can fly whenever I am allowed a kip, and if I am not allowed to kip, I do not worry.

Everything unbroken. Double unders 60-75 were tough!
