Legs!

Today I headed over to Santa Cruz Strength to do my workout. I'm in the area for a wedding for the weekend so it worked out perfectly. The gym is really nice and lots of great energy. Once again I was dripping in sweat and often short of breath after a set from a "strength" work out. My legs are going to be very sore Monday.
TRAINING:
A. Back Squat @ 30X1, 3-5 reps x 5 sets, 4 min
B. GH Raises @ 20X0, 6-9 reps x 3 sets, 2 min - add weight under chin to increase difficulty
C. DB Split Squats @ 30X0, 6-8/arm x 3 sets, 60 sec b/t legs
D. Barbell Russian Step-ups @ 1110 - 20", 10-12/leg x 3 sets, 60 sec b/t legs
RESULTS:
A. 163# (5), 170# (5), 175# (5), 180# (5), 185# (3)
B. 12# (7), 15# (6), 20# (6)
C. 40# (7/Leg), 44# (kb) (7/Leg), 50# (6/Leg) *Lost balance on 5th rep left leg, but finished the set of 6 reps
D. 12 @ 65#, 10 @ 70#, 10 @ 75#
