A. Back Squat with Chains @ 22X1, build to a 1RM
B. DL with Straps, quickly build to a tough single (again)
C. 5 rounds for time - everything unbroken:
5 Bar Muscle-ups
5 Push Jerk @ 135lb - bar take from floor
D. 1 Rope Climb per min for 10 minutes to 15 ft
A. 195# plus 60lb of chains
B. 275# again.... tried 305# and couldn't get it off the ground, dropped down to 285# and still couldn't move it. 275# didn't feel that hard, maybe I added too much too soon
C. 7:44
D. Completed

5 x 15 Burpees to 6" OH @ ALL OUT Effort, rest 6 x work time - wear 20lb vest
34 sec for the first 3 sets
36 sec for set 4
38 sec for set 5
really noticed the 20lb vest beginning on set 3, burpees were tougher on the arms rather than my legs for once
