A. Snatch, 1 rep per min for 7 mins - start @ 95lbs - add 5 lbs per min - don't go any higher
B. Muscle-ups, 3 unbroken x 7 sets, 2 min
C. Hang Power Clean @ 135lb, 10 reps x 3 sets, 3 min
D1. HSPU, 5 fast reps x 8 sets, 30 sec
D2. Deadlift @ 11X1, 2 reps @ 155lb x 8 sets, 30 sec
A. Completed, felt good and easy. Did all reps as a squat snatch
B. Completed, felt really good and solid on all sets and reps
C. Completed, a little tougher than I anticipated but still unbroken and manageable
D1+D2. Completed. All hspu were strict, I feel the best doing them strict.
