B. 135#, 140#, 145# Did thrusters from the ground today, not rack I wasn't really thinking but felt good.
C. Completed Tough!
D. 8:30 *All reps were strict. The First 3 rounds were all unbroken, all HSPU's remained unbroken throughout and were much easier than the chin ups. Chins killed me and I was down to singles with lots of rest b/t reps by the end, supinated grip for all reps.
