After a tough weekend, I was ready to get back to training. My diet was not good and my sleep quality was poor. Yesterday's rest day was much needed. I felt slow today, but I am glad to have worked hard.
TRAINING:
Part 1: hill sprints 10-30 seconds x7
traveled 6.5 miles in the sunny mountains.
Part 2:
3 sets:
10 push jerk tough TNG reps
15 KBS heavy
20 chin ups
rest 8 min
RESULTS:
Part 1: Complete, Felt slow and heavy, but glad to be out there! My legs felt so heavy and huge! I feel like the muscles in my legs and butt enlarge so much during hill sprints.
Part 2:
1: 2:10 (105#/2pd)
2: 3:06 (105#/2pd)
my grip absolutely died, my pullups were in sets of 2-3,
so for round 3 decided to lighten the pj&kb to see if it would make a difference
3: 2:28(95#/1pd)
I found the pull ups to be just as challenging so I should have finshed my 3rd at the weights I used earlier.
